Position Title: BANK RECONCILIATION CLERK
Department: GUARDIANSHIP
Reports to: ASSISTANT CONTROLLER and GUARDIANSHIP SUPERVISOR
Summary:
The Bank Reconciliation Clerk is responsible for reconciling numerous bank accounts for the Guardianship Program.
Essential Functions:
1. Reconciles numerous bank accounts for the Guardianship Program on a monthly basis to balance cash in ledger to the bank balance
2. Monitors all bank activities in order to detect irregularities and provides information to the program staff on an as needed basis
3. Maintains financial security by following internal accounting controls.
4. Contributes to team support by accomplishing related results as needed
6. Performs other duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $39,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
