Building on its already high-performing Bank and strong net promoter scores with digitally led and high touch capabilities, UBS will further align to the our client promise – personalized, relevant, on-time, and seamless services.

  • Lead and train staff members regarding Payments, across an array of schemes
  • Develop and define the Payments Operations model, supporting the digital bank
o Create and maintain operational procedures (guidelines), and process flows
  • Support tactical and strategic programs supporting the organization, while maintaining operational objectives
  • Build/Review requirement documentation, identify key milestones, create test plans, and develop appropriate measurement tools for monitoring output results
  • Applicant must be able to analyze potential defects and engage cross-functional teams to solution and mitigate future risks
  • Provide oversight of: inbound and outbound payment and investigations traffic
  • Maintain operational general and sub-ledgers, performing appropriate reconciliation functions
o Will be responsible for managing identified breaks and analysis to identify potential risk items
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Prepare and execute as applicable, reporting requirements
  • Execute internal controls related to assigned areas and tasks
  • Assist with further structuring the Learning and Development infrastructure
  • Foster ongoing engagement with key stakeholders to support business and customer journeys

UBS will digitize the core Banking systems to be faster, more effective, and more efficient in delivering lending and cash management offerings with a focus on key segments. UBS will build on its already high-performing Bank and strong net promoter scores with digitally led and high touch capabilities and further align to the UBS client promise –personalized, relevant, on-time, and seamless services.

Your expertise

You have:
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, or, equivalent work experience required
  • 3-5+ years of payments experience in a high-volume environment
  • Obtain/Maintain required Payments Industry certifications
  • Ability to demonstrate knowledge of Payment messaging formats (MT, ISO20022, XML)
  • Hands-on experience in maintaining, troubleshooting and testing Payment products: SWIFT/ISO, FED (Wire, ACH, Check21), TCH (CHIPS, EPN, SVPCo, RTP), etc.
  • Self-motivated individual with lean, innovative thought leadership methodologies to drive ongoing enhancements
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Demonstration of keen analytical/problem-solving skills
  • Robust communication skills: written, verbal, visual presentations, and effective listening skills
  • Ability to be cross-fungible and multi-task under pressure
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
