Grange, IL offering up daily handcrafted meals, dinners to-go, premium coffee drinks,
memorable baked goods, and a robust catering menu.

Responsibilities
- Greet and care for all guests
- Contribute to serving guests at the register and managing food expediting
- Answer customer questions regarding ingredients using a deep and confident
- Take orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend,
- Craft hand-tamped Intelligentsia coffee drinks
- Serve beverages and prepared food, like cookies, pastries and muffins
- Receive and process payments (cash and credit cards)
- Keep the bar area clean
- Maintain stock of clean mugs and plates
- Check if brewing equipment operates properly and report any maintenance
needs

Requirements
- An appreciation for excellent coffee drinks
- Manual dexterity able to carry various objects, operate order terminal, operate
- A team player with good communication skills
- Patient with an ability to stay positive under pressure
- Very good physical condition and endurance
- A positive and welcoming presence with guests
Job Type: Part-time and full-time positions. Flexible weekend availability required.
Wage: Commensurate with experience.
