*EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS BUT NOT NECESSARY. TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.*

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:

Be an expert on our full menu with the ability to learn new drinks as needed

Willingness to perform many different tasks within the store during each shift, as assigned by manager

Make drinks with accuracy and speed

Follow guidelines regarding cleanliness and safety daily

Keep all product and food products fully stocked

Being able to learn fast and execute well in a fast paced environment

Ability to multi-tasks

Maintains a calm demeanor during high volume

Excellent work ethics-friendly, proactive, on-time, courteous, punctural, team-player, honesty, and integrity

WE LOOK FOR THESE IN OUR CANDIDATES:

At least 18 years of age

Open availability, including weekends

Having boba experience is not required, but is a plus. Willing to train the right person.

Outstanding attendance and punctuality

Reliable means of getting to and from work

Food Handler Certification required before starting

Ability to learn quickly, and perform with excellent

Strong interpersonal skills

Proactivity

SHIFTS:

Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays

OTHER INFORMATION:

This is an hourly paid position, all positions start at minimum wage, once training completed then included in tip pool.

Tip Pool is available after passing test.

Free drink per shift.

You may be on your feet for up to 10 hours a day and required to walk, bend, reach and twist to perform your duties. This role also requires the ability to lift and move up to 40+ pounds.

Starting pay ranges from $16-$25 with tips
