Job description
Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for guests and service staff while executing steps of service for all guests at the bar.
- Extensive knowledge of our food and beverage menus
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Prepare garnishes and mixes. Maintain pars
- Greet guests, check ids (verify legal drinking age for consuming alcohol)
- Clean and maintain sanitation standards for bar area and equipment
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations and safe food handling
- Ensure all food items are correctly stored, labeled, dated, and rotated
- Anticipate guests needs and execute requests
- Complete assigned daily side work
Qualifications
Must be 18 years of age or older
Minimum of 1 year experience required (preferably in high volume restaurant)
Requires knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits
Ability to operate Point of Sale system (Aloha)
Handle cash, process credit cards, and balance cash drawer
