We are looking for experienced bartenders to join the Two25 Restaurant Team. We are looking for candidates who can work in a fast-paced, high end restaurant, who are professional and have a can-do attitude. The ideal candidate will take charge and work well in a team setting.

The ideal candidate will:

• Mix and serve drinks.
• Have knowledge of the most popular drinks at the moment and how to make them.
• Greet and talk with customers, and will always maintain professional behavior.
• Clean and maintain bar, tables, chairs and lounge area.
• Ensure public safety.
• Use discretion and maturity when dealing with customers.
• Act courteously toward coworkers and management.
• Is local or able to reasonably commute to Locust Valley
• Ability to work holidays (when necessary)
