Compensation for the Dietary Aide
- Hourly Range: $12.00 /hour
Requirement of the Behavioral Aide
- Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions proficiently in the English language
- Ability to perform the essential job functions such as but not limited to, the effective communication with residents, staff and Supervisor
Responsibilities of the Behavioral Aide
- Ensures that residents are safe and/or requests are handled in a timely manner and notifies Supervisor of issues beyond their ability to resolve
- Transports residents to daily activities
- Assist in providing a safe environment for our residents and staff
- Conform to safety and infection control practices and policies
