What you’ll do: as our HR Generalist - you will help build the Rubicon brand by supporting out HR team and all employees with various administrative tasks. Resulting in showing our customers that through our actions – and not just words – that Rubicon delivers desired results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist
  • Experience with employee relation and problem resolution
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. Paycom) will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field preferred
  • HR Certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to full time employees and H2B in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks around performance management
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
  • Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

  • Human resources: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Employment & labor law: 2 years (Preferred)
  • HRIS: 2 years (Preferred)
