To apply for our Bilingual Junior Recruiter position, you do not need previous experience because we are searching for a proactive, outgoing, intuitive individual, with an ability to be a charismatic communicator that we can provide all the resources and continuous training needed to be successful.
Success as a Junior Recruiter will be providing confidence and enthusiasm in communicating with people over the phone, strong ability to follow up and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, strive in a fast-paced environment, and have a genuine care to support the organization and wants to play a key role in its growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Pipeline Coordination: Assist in attracting, sourcing, recruiting, and screening candidates
- Administrative Support: Provide organizational and administrative support to the DCA Human Capital Team
- Networking: Partner with Talent Team to represent the company, through networking, for the purpose of recruiting new candidates
Skills & Abilities Needed to Succeed:

- Desires to be a support system and result driven driver to the team
- Possess a “can do” attitude to all tasks and objectives
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Very effective time management skills - can manage multiple calendars and tasks

Minimum Qualifications:
- Required: Fluent in English and Spanish
- Preferred: Proficient in technology. Emphasis in MS Office, Job Boards, and social media
- Preferred: Experience in a recruiting role and/or in a support role of talent/recruiting
