NOW HIRING for a Bilingual Spanish speaking "INSURANCE SALES/SERVICE ASSISTANT".

Duties: Educating all clients during all in person visits or telephone encounters, how to protect the clients, their families, their livelihoods and assets. Answering all client questions or concerns about coverage, policy changes, and billing. Be able to discover gaps in their insurance plans and sell insurance plans. Discover additional insurance needs and be able to quote & cross sell/in the sales of these existing clients and develop new clients to quote and sell our State Farm Insurance products.

Required: Strong Listening Skills, Persuasive, Coachable, Positive Attitude,
Insurance Licensed or able to obtain prior to office training.
