Phoenix Behavioral Health Services, LLC is a Mental Health clinic and a provider of in-home ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapy services for individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder throughout the state of Wisconsin. Job Summary:

Lead Clinicians (BCBAs) work in a collaborative environment under the direction of the Clinical Director to ensure high quality Behavior Intervention and Treatment Plans are implemented for each client receiving in home ABA therapy. Lead Clinicians also provide ongoing training and supervision to all staff on their clinical teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ongoing assessments and update Treatment Plans and Behavior Intervention Plans as needed
  • Maintain accurate clinical notes and turn in to office as required
  • Provide required supervision to clients, Behavior Treatment Therapists, and Behavior Technicians
  • Provide initial field training and on-going training to Behavior Treatment Therapists
  • Participate in monthly BCBA meetings with the Clinical Director
  • Conduct Family Guidance meetings
  • Maintain ethical, professional relationships with families, staff, and other team members
  • Travel as needed to clients on caseload within an assigned service area

Education & Experience Required:

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field
  • Current BCBA certification
  • WI state license
  • Experience with children in clinic and/or home settings

Requirements:

  • Must be self-motivated and have excellent time management skills
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support Treatment Therapists and Technicians
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented with a dedication to clinical integrity
  • Must pass a Wisconsin Caregiver’s Background Check.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
