We are looking for a friendly and energetic team member to join our boba tea bar located in the heart of the Mount Shasta Mall. As a Boba Tea Bar Team Member, you will be responsible for creating a fun and welcoming environment for our customers while preparing delicious boba tea beverages.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders and prepare boba tea beverages according to our recipes and standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Restock supplies as needed and assist with inventory management
• Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
• Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe and clean environment for customers and team members
• Learn and stay up-to-date with our menu and product offerings to provide the best recommendations to customers

Requirements:

• Friendly and outgoing personality with excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and follow established procedures and recipes
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Previous experience in the food service industry is a plus but not required
