Job description

Part Time Bookkeeper needed for Lake Trask Timber Trails Association, a private membership campground located above Mason Lake in Mason County between Shelton and Belfair. www.laketrask.com. 16 - 24 hours per week. Occasional need to work on a Saturday. Great opportunity for the right individual. Fun work environment in a wooded, lakeside office. Use of park amenities included as a benefit.

Main Duties
- Maintain membership database
- Periodic billings to members
- Receive and process payments from members
- Reconcile member accounts
- Process accounts payable invoices and payments to vendors
- Submit payroll information to payroll processor
- Assist Treasurer with financial statement preparation

Qualifications
- Experience in Accounting or related field
- 1 year experience in Account Receivable, Accounts Payable and Collections
- 1 year experience working with QuickBooks (or current bookkeeper willing to train)
- Customer service and communication skills
- Problem Solving skills-Must pass background check and be bondable

Compensation: Starting pay of $24 to $30/hour depending on experience

Employment type: part-time, 16 to 32 hours per week depending on workload, weekends in summer, flexible days of work in winter
