Job Title: BPM (Camunda) Developer
Job Location: Dallas, TX/North Carolina(Hybrid from Day 1)
Job Duration: Long Term

Job Description:

• 5-8 years of total experience with at least 2 years of software development (Java/JavaScript/Groovy anything goes)
• Experience in BPM development. Camunda preferred but I am okay with experience in Appian, IBM, jBPM or Activiti as long the previous requirement is met
• Some UI experience desired

The Expertise You Have

• Bachelor's degree, with a focus in Computer Science or Information Technology or comparable experience
• 4-8 years of total experience implementing technology solutions for business problems
• At least 3-5 years of proven programming background in Java or Groovy. Hands on experience in building webservices, RESTful api, Spring etc., Knowledge of azure/aws is desired
• Solid understanding of Software Engineering and Object-Oriented Design principals
• 3-5 years of JavaScript and building user interfaces. Exposure to form.io desired
• Knowledge and experience in tools like Datadog/Splunk for diagnosing technical issues and resolution
• Knowledge or exposure to implementing BPM solutions using one of the top BPM products (preferably Camunda)
• Experience in business process improvement or business process re-engineering projects and working
• closely with business and operations teams
• Ability to collaborate with Business Analysts and Design leads to implement robust orchestration solutions
• Working knowledge of Agile methodology
• Experience with financial services in an operations or technology role is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: $60.00 - $75.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
