Branch Administrator Position Purpose

The Branch Administrator will answer incoming calls and direct those calls to the appropriate person or department, to greet and direct customers to the appropriate personnel, and to assist with branch general clerical and secretarial duties.

Branch Administrator Essential Functions

  • Answer incoming calls and direct calls to the appropriate department or person
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Maintain and reconcile cash box
  • Log customer Accounts Receivable payments and forward to the appropriate corporate contacts
  • Primary contact for Branch Support Vendors
  • Initiate, code, and complete vendor purchase orders as necessary
  • Administrator new employee onboarding, orientation, and training
  • Assist Sales Teams with documents, and sales orders, and maintain literature files
  • Assist Parts, Service, and Rental departments with workflow, documents, and filing as necessary
  • Maintain any safety documentation – city, county, or state permits/logs required at the Branch level
  • Assist with travel and lodging accommodations for Branch employees

Branch Administrator Minimum Qualifications

  • Three (3) years of office or clerical experience
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office products
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Simple Reading/Writing Skills
  • Basic Math Skills

Branch Administrator Physical Requirements

  • Seeing, Hearing/Listening, Color Perception (Red, Green, Amber), Clear Speech, Touching (Dexterity, Hand, Finger)
  • Pushing/Pulling/Lifting/Carrying 25 pounds, Driving (local/over the road), Sitting Long Periods

Branch Administrator Working Environment

  • Mechanical/Electrical/Pressurized Equipment, Moving Objects
