Branch Foreman Position Overview:
The Branch Foreman will support Tovar Snow Professionals, part of the Outworx Group family of companies, by performing tasks that support the Branch Operations in Franklin Park, IL. Supervisor branch laborers and oversee logistical aspects of branch operations.
Branch Foreman Responsibilities:
- Perform pre- and post-inspection of equipment to maintain proper operation
- Repair small equipment
- Inventory of small tools
- Sets up satellites with box vans and hand tools
- Delivers equipment and chemicals to satellites
- Maintain salt piles
- Load and unlock salt
- Performs landscape and other repairs at customer locations (re-install speed bumps, stop signs, parking lot lights, etc.).
- Assist with development of OPS training
- Delegate assignments to general labor employees
- Must adhere to all OSHA and Tovar safety standards.
Branch Foreman Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- CDL-C License
- Operate skid steers and loaders
- Must be able to lift and/or move 80 pounds plus
- Required to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, lift, grasp, carry, push and pull
