Branch Manager

NurseSpring, a dynamic team reimagining home health care and redefining staffing one nurse, one shift at a time, is seeking an experienced Branch Manager for its Jacksonville, FL location. The Branch Manager is responsible for averaging a specified dollar amount in weekly sales. Sales will be maintained and strengthened through effective customer service, signing new profitable accounts, maintaining and maximizing existing accounts as well as recruiting, staffing and managing top grade field staff while exceeding customer and nurse expectations.

Job Skills:

Responsibilities Include:
- Recruiting and retaining healthcare professionals through exceptional service
- Direct all operational aspects including customer service, human resources, administration, payroll and sales
- Meet goals and metrics
- Bring out the best of the branch’s team by providing training, coaching, development and motivation
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly
- Develop a new customer pipeline as well as maintaining and growing existing customer relations.
- Taking requests from clients and working to fill their needs with a true sense of urgency
- Documenting all incoming and outgoing communication for both clients and employees
- Establishing business development strategies to generate additional clients and revenue, including cold calling, scheduling appointments, and forming relationships with existing clients
- Participating in weekly meetings with the NurseSpring team to review progress, establish goals, and drive the revenue of the office
- Managing online recruitment efforts for field positions
- Ensuring the compliance of all personnel records for offices, including file audits and regular review/reporting of compliance standings
- Adhere to high ethical standards, and comply with all regulations/applicable laws
- Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
- Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
