SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, the Branch Operations Support II position represents the
company by providing support for the companies operating systems and business
systems. This position helps drive operational improvement by creating a bridge between
our more than 500 branch locations and the numerous corporate departments.
JOB DUTIES
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Typically requires a bachelor's degree and three (3) to five (5) years of related experience or
an equivalent combination.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES

JOB DUTIES
- Assists field management with training and support activities related to all areas of
- Manages data requests, analyzes results and presents findings to leadership.
- Maintains and tests various department system software to ensure correct setup.
- Manages daily technology processes for the department.
- Provides operational support to department team members and resolves issues quickly.
- Maintains a working knowledge of all systems used in the departement and field.
- Develops identified process improvements and efficiencies.
- Collaborates with various business functions to ensure department requirements are met.
- Supports the team as a backup for specialized functions.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
