We are looking for a talented Research Associate to join our team and help the organization have a greater consumer, category, and competitive knowledgebase. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to shape the way our team members interact with data and insights, and significantly impact our Product Development, Consumer Marketing and Programing efforts. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset, willing to challenge ideas as well as strong collaboration and developing leadership skillsets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Mining of internal survey data to identify brand and operational opportunities.
• Insights creation by gathering, analyzing and reviewing dynamic data in order to recommend actions.
• Unlocking category, brand and consumer knowledge to uncover new business opportunities.
• Supporting the development of our learning objectives to guide breakthrough Brand, Product Development, Marketing and Programing plans.
• Establishing consistent customer insights reporting across organization.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• 2+ years in Commercial Insights or Business Intelligence role
• Bachelors degree required in Statistics, Research, Marketing or related field.
• Preferably has experience managing external partner relationships and leading SOW creation, budget and scheduling.
• Must have experience building strong cross-functional relationships and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment preferred.
• Preferably has experience supporting Brand Health Studies, Creative Testing and Product testing
