About the company:

Red Door Learning Company, which consist of the following programs; Friends of Red Door (Learn More), a non-profit organization, Red Door Learning Centers (Learn More), Red Door Therapeutic Services (Learn More), Red Door Summer Camp (Learn More), The goal is to implement marketing strategies to enrich the production for these programs and overall brand progression.

We are an early childcare organization that provides an integrated program for general education and a special needs program. We also offer special needs related services such as speech language specialists, occupational therapy, and physical therapy. Our goal is to provide a safe and inclusive environment for all children, regardless of their abilities or backgrounds.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Brand Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building a brand and promoting services to increase enrollment, engagement, products and services and fundraising. The Brand Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote our organization's programs and services, increase brand awareness, and attract new clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies that increase enrollment, engagement, products and services and fundraising in our programs
  • Develop and maintain social media accounts, including creating content and engaging with followers
  • Create marketing materials such as digital brochures, flyers, and advertisements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with community partners, schools, and other organizations to promote our services
  • Attend events and network with potential clients
  • Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and identify opportunities for growth
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels
  • Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in brand marketing or a similar role
  • Experience with social media management and content creation
  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • LinkedIn
  • YouTube
  • SMS and Email Marketing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with the early childcare industry is a plus but not required
  • Bilingual English/Spanish a plus but not required
