Job description
The Bristol TN/VA office of Midkiff, Muncie & Ross, P.C. is expanding and seeks an experienced associate (1-4 years) with strong academic credentials and excellent communication skills for its’ workers’ compensation group. Concentrated experience handling all phases of workers' compensation litigation including pretrial motions, depositions, expert witnesses and trial preparation necessary; some civil litigation experience a plus. Virginia Bar admission is required. Tennessee Bar admission is a plus. EOE
