ShipRock Management is a full service residential property management company based out of Duluth, MN. We have been in operation for over 17 years and offer a very fun, fast paced, and enjoyable work environment.

We're hiring for a fulltime maintenance caretaker for two properties in Duluth. Duties are as follows:

• Grounds keeping: Light landscaping, mowing, and snow removal.
• Apartment Turn Overs
• Common area cleaning: Overflow common area cleaning when our cleaning crew is busy or short handed.
• Apartment Cleaning: Overflow apartment cleaning during busier times of the month and year.
• General maintenance repairs.
• Scheduling with tenants and contractors on larger projects.

Position would be fulltime with standard daytime hours. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Applicants must have a driver's license and a clean background.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $42,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
