Job Title: Business Analyst (Data Analytics)
Pay Rate: $40 to 43/Hr
Duration: 6 Months
Location: Orange County, CA (2-3 days/week onsite and 2 days/week working remotely)

We are looking for an Business Systems Analyst.

• Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies.
• Gathers requirements from business units and translates those to programmers and developers.
• Support and maintain the current state workflows, ensuring seamless and efficient processes.
• Utilize data visualization software to build and analyze data analytics, providing insights to inform decision-making.
• Supports one or more highly complex business processes.
• Works on multiple projects as a project team member.
• Assist with the administration and optimization of AI workflows, monitoring and addressing any errors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, or Healthcare Informatics.
• 3+ years of experience in digital solutions, project management, or a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Workflows.
• Strong understanding of data analytics and data visualization software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with AI workflows, UI/UX design principles, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience with Monday.com or other project management tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Storyline skills are a bonus.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $42.94 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Irvine, CA 92614: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

• SQL: 1 year (Preferred)
