Job Description:
- Loyalty product/project implementation experience is mandatory (preferably for Hospitality or Airlines).
- Collaborate with teams in the planning, development and deployment of new systems/applications as well as enhancements to existing applications
- Serve as a liaison between the business units and IT to facilitate design, enhancement of existing applications or development of new applications
- Conduct requirement workshops, facilitates requirement definition and documents user requirements as part of the project deliverables
- Define, analyze and verify requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility and conformity to standards
- Translate conceptual user requirements into functional requirements that are clear and comprehensible to persistent teams
- Schedule and conduct peer reviews of user requirements to ensure that specifications are correctly interpreted
- Assist with interpretation of user requirements to ensure alignment of persistent teams and business stakeholders
- Develop and utilize standard templates to accurately and concisely write requirement specifications
- Develop prototypes of reports and screen layouts based on the user requirements, where applicable
- Create process models, specifications, diagrams and charts to provide clarity and direction to the project team
- Manage and track the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle; enforces and redefines as necessary
- Communicate changes, enhancements and modifications of user requirements to all parties to ensure alignment and understanding
- Stay abreast of new tools, techniques and processes to contribute to service and operational improvements
- Work with testers and test automation personnel to develop and implement test strategies, plans and cases
