Epicor 10 ERP Business Analyst

Position Overview Epicor 10 ERP experience is MANDATORY.....No other ERP will be accepted.
Growing client is looking to add an Epicor professional to our team. This person will work with project leaders as we build a new digital world for our company. This includes, but not limited to, bringing all the Client operations under one Epicor ERP system in an Azure environment.

Job Description
Candidates must have an expert working knowledge of Epicor 10.This position will require a well-rounded individual capable of working in a heavy project environment. This person will be an impacting resource in projects as well as be part of an ever-growing team of professionals. The right candidate will work side by side with our Epicor developers and project manager as they help shape company technological goals into reality.
General Responsibilities
Project manage multiple projects that will require Epicor 10 expertise
Use ERP tools like DMT, SQL, BAQ’s, and light BPM’s
Working knowledge in SSRS
Provide strong Epicor 10 support to users
Provide means for users to efficiently access the required data
Ensure system reliability/robustness
Troubleshooting problems as they arise across all divisions
User training and creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for end users
Requirements
Has a very strong grasp of the Epicor application from Sales to Finance

Understands Configurators a + in Epicor a plus

Working knowledge of SQL server
Working knowledge of Application Servers and Task Agents
Strong DMT, BAQ, and Dashboard knowledge
Capable of communicating effectively with people in person and remote
Preferred Capabilities
Epicor ERP administration experience
Application implementation experience from development to deployment
SSRS and Crystal Reports experience including report design
