We are looking for a Business Intelligence Analyst to join our growing Digital Analytics team. The hire will be responsible for statistical modeling and analysis of structured and unstructured datasets to develop metrics, reports, and visualizations of trends and patterns. The Data Analyst will identify, capture data from internal and external sources, and maintain the companies KPI dictionary. The Business Intelligence Analyst will engage in strategic discussions and assist in ensuring consistency throughout ongoing projects.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree (B.S/B.A) from four-college or university and 3 to 5 years of related experience

• Ability to independently analyze large amounts of data; including the ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends, gaps, patterns in complex data sets

• Design, build, enhance, and maintain both historical and real-time interactive dashboards and reports that are to be used by Data analysts, applications, and external business partners

• Efficiently use SQL and other tools to create scalable, reliable and performance reports/dashboards

• SQL including joins, inserts, updates, deletes, conditional logic, subqueries, temp tables, and complex data transformation functions, including creating and modifying macros, functions, stored procedures as well as creating dashboards using SQL coding

• Proven ability to tell a story through data presentation.

• Experience working within a data management, reporting or analytics function at a large organization with an established reputation for measuring business performance.

• Builds stable working relationships internally

• Follows standard practice and procedures when analyzing situations or data

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• High level of attention to detail

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience using Google Analytics Dashboards

• Experience using Tableau desktop/server

• Experience using Microsoft office tools like Excel and Power point

• Experience with financial services industry data

• Experience with programming languages such as Python

• Experience with Azure cloud
