Business Office Assistant (SNF)
8 Hour Shifts│8AM-4:30PM│Full Time│
Panorama Gardens Nursing & Rehabilitation is a Skilled Nursing facility with incredible culture and a tenured, experienced team! We love to grow and develop others - CNA to LVN, LVN to RN. We are currently looking to fill our Business Office Assistant position. We are located in Panorama City, CA.
Requirements:
- Experience in hospital/SNF financial administration, or any combination of experience, education, or training which would provide the knowledge required by this position.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Point Click Care and HMO billing experience preferred.
- Good organizational and have excellent personnel skills
Job Duties:
- Implement and assist with the facility’s accounting functions under the supervision of the Business Office Manager.
- Conduct accurate processing of monthly billing to appropriate payer sources (Medicare, Medicaid, HMO PPO’s Hospice Co Insurances companies and Private Patients)
- Monitor and collect accounts receivables as assigned.
- Perform functions of computer/data processor as necessary.
- Develop and utilize computer reports and output as required.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
