What this role is all about :

We are looking for Business Partner Process Transformation in Hull, IA.

The Business Partner Process Transformation will be the change agent for process transformation. This position will coordinate and execute project activities for the end-to-end process transformation for a category workstream.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the day-to-day project activities for their function. Go-to person on the workstream.

• Coordinate and execute the Agropur project activities with the support of Accenture Process Leads.

• Coordinate the participation of the Subject Matter Advisors (dotted lines).

• Coordinate and manage the design decisions coming out of the key design decision and fit/gap workshops.

• Document the action items and parking lot items identified in the workshops.

• Manage and own the Requirements Traceability Matrix.

• Review the project deliverables before approval submission.

• Will become super user of the solution in their process.

What you need:

• Bachelor’s Degree required.

• Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.

• Minimum five (5) years of experience required.

Where you’ll be working:

Our Hull, IA, plant is home to about 164 employees. This facility produces various types of cheese, including parmesan, romano, asiago, gouda, muenster, mozzarella, colby jack, colby, cheddar, reduced fat cheeses, as well as whey products.
