1. Facilitate and document notes from meetings with business development teams, internal business, and support partners.
2. Coordinate and communicate with internal departments and external partners to ensure effective collaboration and information exchange.
3. Develop innovative approaches and solutions to complex business needs.
4. Assist in the development and testing of onboarding and workflow software:
b. Execute tests, analyze results, and report findings to the team for resolution of defects.
c. Provide feedback on the software's functionality and user experience and recommend improvements as needed.
5. Develop and produce management reports and presentations for varied audiences.
6. Conduct research and gather market information to support decision-making and strategic planning.
7. Manage special projects and ad-hoc assignments.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Understanding of software development and testing methodologies is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with collaboration tools as well as project management software.
Familiarity with onboarding and workflow software systems is a plus.
Experience with process improvement and development of integrated tools is a plus.
Proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently while also being a strong team player.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, or a related field.
2-4 years work experience (includes internships)
