The primary function of the Business Systems Analyst is to support and add value to the business by utilizing their knowledge of systems and leveraging technology solutions. This role will assist stakeholders at all levels of the company and its departments and will assess, redesign or enhance, implement, and monitor the performance of business processes with the intended goals of increasing efficiency, minimizing human error potential, and establishing scalability.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Gather and evaluate requirements of business processes and create process workflow diagrams
• Design applications utilizing various technologies to support and enhance business processes
• Develop documentation to facilitate training and implementation of business applications
• Present overviews of developed applications or business processes to executive, regional, or branch leadership
• Create BI dashboards and reports with attention to providing actionable insight
• Monitor the performance of business systems and implement updates as necessary
• Design benchmarking and monitoring processes for business operations

• The ideal candidate will have at least four (4) years relevant, industry experience in analyzing, implementing improvements to, and designing business systems and applications
• Bachelor’s degree in any related Engineering, Science, or Business Administration field
• Must possess excellent communication, organization, and facilitation skills with a focus on results, customer service, and change management
• Requires the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
• Able to execute duties with minimum supervision in a fast-paced, deadline driven, monitored environment
• Ability to travel throughout the United States
