Carrara & Co locations operate premier neighborhood restaurants located within the Twin Cities. Ranging from sit-down Italian dining experiences to authentic "piazza" craft cafes. Our concepts have become neighborhood staple eateries over the past 8 years. We are looking to add a passionate leader that enjoys a fast-paced environment and engaging guests. Come help us serve our guests by making authentic scratch Italian experiences in the cities. Position Outline: Assistant cafe managers help guide and support team throughout all operations. They assit store leaders in running a department that may include duties such as scheduling, ordering, shift operations, and special programs.

Schedules: Schedule for 4-5 shifts depending on seasonality and operations. Must be availabile for all operationals days and times. Schedules are semi set so team can plan outside long term activities.

What we look for:

• Lead alongside the store manager in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in operation positions in either barista, bartending, baking, in a casual or cafe environment
• Enjoys working in a scratch restaurant environment with a uniquely authentic environment
• Experience in supporting baristas, bartenders, barkers, and deli team
• Creates new regulars by promoting and by delivering excellent service and working on the floor with the team
• Participates actively in the planning and execution of special events and marketing
• Enjoys working next to their team and on the floor engaging with guests and educating them on our unique offerings
• Overseas and deploys training programs and leads direct reports in successfully doing their positions

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.50 - $29.50 per hour
