Position Summary:
Maintain calibration and preventative maintenance records and update Calibration Manager database. Conduct monthly equipment calibration and maintenance audits. Responsible for assigning security access to Calibration Manager database users.
Major Responsibilities:
Responsible for file maintenance of calibration and preventive maintenance records. Accurate data entry of calibration certificates and PM reports. Ensure that files are accurate, complete and current. Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled calibration requests with designated external calibration suppliers and calibration contacts. Assist calibration contacts as needed. Conduct monthly calibration and preventative maintenance audits on equipment and records and follow up on corrective action responses. Provide calibration training to users and calibration contacts. This position has the authority to inactivate any equipment that is found out of calibration or reject incomplete calibration or preventative maintenance documentation. Interact with Instrument group as needed.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Completion of High School, vocational training or equivalent is preferred. 2-5 years work experience. Clerical experience is helpful. Accurate typing/word processing skills. Working knowledge of PCs. Proficient in MS Word and Excel is a plus. Must have excellent reading, writing, basic math skills as well as an aptitude for detail orientated work. Excellent customer service and listening skills. Ability to communicate with various positions in the company, and ability to work well in a team environment.

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $24.47-$40.82.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
