In the Release Specialist position, you will support and provide superior customer service via phone, email and various computer system software. You will ensure timely responses to clients and resolve customer inquiries with accuracy, efficiency, and quality while documenting these inquiries, requests, and provided information efficiently in our system. You will also access client account information via computer software and make necessary updates, provide fee amounts, finalize recovery assignment and assist with other duties as need.
Job duties:
- Handle a large volume of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Meet daily qualitative and quantitative targets for yourself and your team, and achieve all objectives for service, productivity, and quality
- Understand and assist in implementing procedures set forth by senior management.
- Communicate effectively with clients, auctions, transporters, customers, affiliates, and branches via email and/or phone with regard to release, redemption and storage issues.
This position is M-F, 8:15AM-5:15PM. This position offers paid time off, benefits, and 401K eligibility.
Experience and Skills:

- At least 1 year customer service experience (preferred)
- Intermediate Computer Skills
- Ability to multitask effectively and accurately
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills
- Successfully pass processing
We are open to entry level candidates for this role, as long as you are confident in providing customer service over the phone.
