Call Screener / Customer Service - REMOTE
$10 an hour
This is a full-time job WITH A 4 DAY WORK WEEK.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (Preferred)
- Customer Service 1 year (Preferred)
- Criminal Background Check (Mandatory)

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Field inbound calls in a professional manner
- Respond to and resolve customer questions
- Retain customers wanting to cancel appointments
- Convert leads into appointments
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proficient PC and keyboarding skills with ability type 40 wpm
- Ability to multitask
- Skill to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to handle a high stress environment
- Willingness to work in a fast pace work environment
- Ability to be proactive
- Must pass a Background check
