Four Seasons Car Detailing is looking for Detail shop crew members. Terrific earning potential at $18-$22 per hour wage, plus Tips.

We are looking experienced operators who have an entrepreneurial spirit, love sales, and have an eye for detail!

What we are looking for:

Serve our customers professionally with quality work.

Be co-operative with your team members and follow our systems.

Like to learn new skills in areas of safety, mechanical, and computer.

Maintain a clean appearance according to our standards.

Basic duties:

Sales /Customer Service/ Detail the vehicle’s

Hire, fire, train, and develop detailers

Maintain organization and cleanliness

Order inventory

Maintain equipment

Site Upkeep (Cleaning/maintaining as well as diagnose/repair business equipment and handle preventative maintenance when applicable.)

Basic/Light Troubleshooting of daily duties

On feet most of the day

Multitasking

Working outdoors (in/around water)

Being aware and attentive to surroundings

Experience:

• Detail the vehicle's/ 1 year (Preferred)
• Sales 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Maintenance or Mechanical: 1 year (Preferred)

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Night shift
• Weekend availability
