This is a dynamic leadership position for a results-oriented leader who wants the challenge of running their own shops including sales, hiring, training, leading, managing. We are looking for smart, kind and driven people who will get to know their team and help them achieve their personal and professional goals. You’ll oversee the operations and provide leadership for multiple car washes. This is a key full-time exempt level (salaried) position which requires daily “hands on” management including regular visits, maintenance, and significant time spent at the locations.

Responsibilities:

• Hire and retain a great team of smart, kind, and driven people.
• Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures through regular meetings and training of team members, which includes but not limited to customer service, Car Wash programs, and safety
• Handle discipline and termination of team members as needed and in accordance with policy
• Pull and refill money/tokens from the pay stations and vending machine
• Create and enforce Car Wash employee’s schedules to optimize labor, oversee the productivity, breaks, and shifts of all team members
• Work directly with General Manager to manage all aspects of the Car Wash operation
• Compare and evaluate chemical usage and inventory to suggest best course of action regarding stocking the wash with necessary chemical and spare parts
• Learn all about the soaps and unique equipment we use to give our customers a clean, shiny, and dry car
• Implement cleaning and equipment maintenance schedules to ensure a clean and operational wash
• Be the champion in communicating goals, objectives, and values so each associate at every level understands how they impact the business every day
• Monitor and manage all financial statement line-item entrees
• Develop management reports
• Maintain a safe wash environment
• Oversee car wash equipment repair and maintenance
• Order replacement parts and supplies
• Support employees during high traffic
• Handle vehicle damage claims with a sense of urgency and consult with General Manager on approved claims
• Work with other store employees and perform other store functions deemed necessary
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in business/management preferred
• 2 years or more of being responsible for the results of a high performing store, location, or company
• Car wash experience strongly preferred, but not required
• Mechanical skills strongly preferred, but not required
• Experience managing a group of 20 to 40 employees
• Bilingual is a plus (Spanish / Russian)
• Proficient skill level with Word, Excel, and MS Office required
• Proficient skill level with hand and electric tools
• Exceptional observation skills
• Regular visits to locations and frequent travel between locations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Must be able to read, count, and write accurately
• Must be able to work various hours, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to smile and maintain a clean appearance as per the dress and grooming standards
• Responsible and familiar with Profit and Loss Statements
• Retail experience preferred
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to provide proof to work in the Unites States if hired
• Background check required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
