A Card Services Specialist 2 provides card support to Arrowhead Credit Union Members and Team Members in the area of shared branching, debit, credit and ATM card programs, along with the day-to-day functions.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities

• Providing excellent member service.

• Processing debit and credit card reports.

• Assisting members and team members with card services while exhibiting a professional tone and empathy.

• Processing monetary credit and debit card transactions.

• Answering and resolving member account inquiries.

• Maintaining shared branch, credit, debit and ATM reports including General Ledgers.

Position hours vary between:

• 8:00 am - 6:00 pm Monday through Friday
• 8:00 am - 2:30 pm Saturday

The pay range for this position is listed below.
Starting pay for successful applicants is generally within the minimum to midpoint of the pay range. Our consideration for pay is designed to support career growth and development over time. Offers extended depend on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to individual experience, knowledge, training, education, graphic location, market demands, and internal equity.
Pay range
Minimum: $20.44/hour | Midpoint: $25.56/hour | Maximum: $30.67/hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $23.00 per hour
