Mobile Care is a rapidly expanding company that offers ancillary services to the nursing home industry. We are currently seeking talented and dynamic Care Coordinators to join our growing team!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Primary contact for all doctors in assigned region
- Primary contact for all facilities in assigned region
- Brains of the monthly schedule
- Send schedules to Drs. prior to visit
- Ensure receipt of completed paperwork post-visit
REQUIREMENTS
- Professional and polite communication skills
- Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Follow up skills
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a [medical preferred] office setting
