If so, we’d love to connect with you! We are Mental Health Cooperative (MHC), and we are looking for a Care Management Supervisor to join our team! You will provide supervision to Care Managers by collaborating with the Care Management department to communicate, evaluate, and prioritize needs for Care Manager assistance. You’ll facilitate training, coaching, and support to your team and ensure alignment to department outcomes.

You’ll be instrumental in moving caseloads and providers in EHR when a staff member changes, unlock notes, and complete end-of-month processes for reporting and auditing purposes. You’ll provide coverage for Care Manager Supervisors when on PTO ensuring continuity and excellence in care management services.

To join our team, you’ll need:

• Ability to lead by example by fostering collaboration across the Care Management department
• Prior experience leading and motivating others to meet performance goals
• Initiative to address issues quickly and develop action plans to resolve issues
• Ability to understand and leverage data to solve problems with effective solutions
• Strong communication skills to build effective teams through coaching and mentoring
• Bachelor’s degree in health-related field of counseling, psychology, social work or other behavioral health field.
• We’re especially looking for someone with social work experience within a mental health clinic, school, agency, or hospital environment who is:

• Dependable to both consumers and team members
• Flexible to changing priorities and needs, especially during crisis

• Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Master’s degree (M.A., M.S.) in a health-related field of counseling, psychology or social work preferred
  • Licensed or license eligible preferred
  • Must have two years of supervisory experience in a mental health setting with at least two years’ experience in mental health care management.
  • Bachelor’s level in a mental health related field with a minimum of 6 months care management team leader experience or 1+ years of care management tier experience considered.
