We are looking for a caring, compassionate & dedicated Care Professionals to join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community. Home Instead provides a variety of non-medical solutions that allows people to remain in their home and meet the challenges of aging with dignity, support and compassion.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, transferring, feeding)
- Companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping tasks (vacuum, wet mop, dust, laundry, etc.)
- Meal preparation
- Transportation
- Reminders (medication, appointments, etc.)
- Engagement of Functional Activities for Mind & Body
- Must be dependable, possess an excellent attitude and the ability follow instructions.
- Ability to treat seniors and their property with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with all team members of Home Instead, clients and their family members in a friendly and professional manner.
- Ability to adapt to various living environments and locations
- Drive to help Seniors thrive in the community
- Current proof of negative TB
- Ability to lift, push or pull 25 pounds
- Complete a criminal background check, DMV check and drug screen
- Possess a valid driver's license and valid auto insurance
- Live within a 20 minute Radios of each town
