Job Requirements & Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience
• Bilingual - Spanish is a plus!
• Current CNA certification in Alabama is preferred but not required
• High school degree
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Can pass a criminal background check.
• Reliable and preferably have own transportation.
• Ability to deal tactfully and professionally with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, agencies, and the public
• Flexible availability to work with our client's schedules and care needs
• Reliable and show dedication, empathy, and patience to our client's needs
