Job description
Looking for a case manager for an extended foster care provider in the the Dallas - Fort Worth area, Texas with the following qualifications;
- Must be 22 years of age or older; and
- Has a bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution of higher education and one-year of Documented Experience; or
- Has an associate's degree and three years of Documented Experience; or
- Has a high school diploma or equivalent and five years of Documented Experience.
Documented Experience includes both of the following;
- Providing support services to youth and young adults who may have experienced child abuse and neglect, are in foster care, are homeless, are at-risk or have mental or behavioral health challenges.
- Providing independent living services to youth and young adults.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour
