Lead Case Management Specialist, Full-Time

Primary Position Responsibilities:

· Home visits to assess current needs and safety for children and families

· Family Support Team meetings and court hearings

· Positive relationships with clients and team members

· Documentation of case activity and data entry

· Regulatory compliance

· Faith sharing and support for children and families

Qualifications:

· BSW, or other closely related social services degree

· Two years of relevant social services case management experience

· Ability to travel throughout the state with occasional overnight travel

· Flexibility in work schedule including evenings and weekends when necessary

Compensation Package Includes:

· Benefits Package valued at over $15,000 per year
