Guests have the ability to build their own signature #BBQinabowl and explore our boutique which carries everything for your barbecue at home. Our mission is to provide our customers with an incredible international BBQ experience and help them create unforgettable memories with their friends and family through the love of barbecue. The #BBQinabowl is 100% gluten-free with options available for everyone.

ABOUT THE JOB
Our Cashiers make the last impression on guests visiting The BBQ Boutique, and it is important for them to leave with a lasting one! In addition to being personable and friendly with our guests, cashiers are responsible for accurately ringing up products, keeping the line flowing efficiently, and answering any questions about all products.
THE BASICS
?Must be an ambassador of The BBQ Boutique and our core values
?Gain knowledge of retail items and restaurant menu
?Verify 3rd party delivery orders and distribute accordingly to its designated platform
?Connect with guests and help their shopping experience
?Provide exceptional hospitality in person and while answering the phone
?Comply with proper cash handling procedures ( along with health and safety standards for food, cleanliness, and safety of the restaurant)
?Maintain a clean counter and workspace

PRE-REQUISITES
?18 years of age or older
?Be engaging, friendly, and respectful
?Willingness to learn and grow
?Some cash handling experience
?Be coachable and able to work both independently and with a team
?Reliable transportation to and from work
?Be able to lift at least 20 pounds regularly and reach, squat, and bend
?Be able to tolerate potential food allergens
