Arlington Heights Ford/Tasca Auto is seeking a Part-Time Cashier/Receptionist to join our successful team. Part-time (job share) is Mon -Fri evening shift from 4 pm to pm (close) and alternating Saturdays from 8 am to 6 pm (lunch is catered in on Saturdays). • Answer/transfer incoming phone calls in a professional manner to appropriate person/department
• Responsible for handling and balancing cash drawer daily
• Process cash, check and credit card receipts for sales, parts and service departments
• Maintain dealer license plate inventory
• Light filing
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Other duties as assigned

• Punctual nature and ability to handle schedule flexibility and dynamic work environment
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership
