SUMMARY: The Slot Shift Supervisor is responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations of the Slot department on an assigned shift.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitors appearance of all facilities and service areas and follows up to ensure cleanliness standards are at the highest level.
• Gives each employee the appropriate direction to perform their responsibilities correctly.
• Monitors compliance with all established company, departmental and regulatory agency rules and regulations.
• Provide training feedback and disciplinary action as necessary.
• Possess a thorough knowledge of the various types of slot machines at the property, including knowledge of all functions, malfunctions and layout schedules.
• Maintain security of all games, money and employees.
• Must exhibit the Family Style Service Model to all Guests and Team Members.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assists with the supervision of the Slot staff, with responsibilities including hiring and training; planning, assigning and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining staff, addressing complaints and resolving problems.
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
All Employees must be knowledgeable to all Company policies and procedures, including fire and safety regulations.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Five or more years related experience in a casino, and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
