Job Summary:
Carneros Resort and Spa is looking for a dynamic, outgoing, motivated, detail-oriented teammate to join our Sales and Catering Team, providing administrative support as the Sales and Catering Coordinator.
Responsibilities:

- Answering phone calls in a polite and professional manner
- Providing administrative assistance, such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the behalf of the Sales and Catering Managers/Directors
- Maintaining comprehensive and accurate records
- File organization, contract turn over and deposit schedule maintenance for group bookings
- Distribution of documents for internal meetings, such as Banquet Event Order review and Resume review
- Printing event menus
- Coordinating VIP amenity requests, VIP pre-arrival needs and gift certificates
- Management of internal meeting requests and related Banquet Event Orders
- Manage office supply orders
- Any other duties as required
Qualifications:
- Time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Problem-solving and decision making
- Comply at all times with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations
- High School diploma or equivalent required with at least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field. Bachelors degree in related field is recommended, but not required
- Must be proficient in Windows operating systems
- Experience in delphi/salesforce Amadeus software is a plus
