Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:
$67,300.00 - $107,250.00
Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.

Certifications Governance Quality Engineer
Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing
- Responsible for local management system and maintenance of applicable site certifications.
- Facilitate tools to audit processes and make improvements in quality where deviations or non-conformances are identified to assure standards are being met.
- Work with other departments to identify quality issues as it relates to Standards compliance and provides Corrective Action where non-conformances arise.
- Collaborate with the global Supply Chain Compliance team to identify and share best practices for internal auditing, external audit management, certifications process management.
- Work with operations and site quality to implement and maintain a Process Verification Audit program that ensures all Arrow teams are following their documented processes, deviations from processes are addressed, corrective actions are sustained, and support document control strategies.
- Support management of Arrow Registrar(s) to ensure global consistency in service and execution of global audits, which may include relationship management, monitoring of audit costs, and identification of program efficiencies.
- Maintain site compliance to industry standards that may include but is not limited to ISO 9001, AS 9100, AS 9120, ISO 13485, ISO 14001, ESD S20.20, TS 16949, TAPA, etc.
- Facilitate site trainings as it relates to quality and compliance standards, quality processes, audit and inspection processes, external audit processes, and others as needed.
- Recognize where standard corrective action/problem solution practices may not sufficiently be designed to accommodate continuous improvement and identify root cause and support corrective and preventative actions.
- Support local operations with Supplier issues such as SCARs, receiving discrepancies, on-time delivery, etc.
- Support new supplier engagement and supplier auditing.
- Work with Global Supplier Quality on supplier improvement strategies and execution of global processes.
- Manage, analyze, and report out on supplier performance data.
- Participate (and lead if required) supplier site visits at both Arrow facilities and supplier facilities, which allow Arrow to better collaborate with supplier quality teams to achieve overall performance improvement.
- Ability to travel up to 30%, both Domestic & International
- Capability to manage multiple ever-changing priorities
What We Are Looking For
- 4-year degree and 3-5 years of related experience, advanced degree with 1-2 years of experience, or 8-10 years relative work experience in one or a combination of the below fields, without formal degree: Quality Assurance Management; to include proficient knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 or AS9120, Supplier/Vendor Management, Supply Chain Solution Practices, Risk Evaluation, Communication & Mitigation.
- Strong auditing experience required
- General experience in the following quality methodologies: Six Sigma, CAPA, Root Cause, Corrective Preventative Action, CIP Sigma
- Proficiency in Quality and Certification systems (EtQ, OASIS, Qlik Sense), PowerBi, and SharePoint preferred
- Has limited discretion to vary from established procedures
- Works under general remote supervision with self-drive for local execution of global strategy
- Understands the underlying principles and terminology associated with lean processes (minimizing steps/touches, maintaining/improving quality, reducing cost, etc.)
- Understands how benchmarking supports best practices
- Understands the need for documentation control, its basic terms and hierarchy
