Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)
Our community has an opportunity for a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM). The CDM will:
- Plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operation of the Dietary Department
- Ensure quality nutritional services are provided on a daily basis
- Ensure the dietary department is maintained in a clean, safe and sanitary manner.
- Manage the requisitions and inspection of food, supplies, and equipment, maintain stock levels
- Ensure standards of quality are met while achieving the department budgetary, recruiting, training, supervising

- Must hold or acquire Certifications as a Dietary Manager (CDM)
- An Associates degree in Food Service Management or Nutrition (DT or DTR) or a 4-year degree in Nutrition or similar area preferred
- At least one year of experience in a management role
- Able to relate professionally and positively to our customers and families and to work cooperatively with others
