WHO YOU ARE:
- A WA state licensed Occupational or Physical Therapist with a proven track record of great outcomes and a willingness to learn and grow as a therapist.
- A certified hand therapist certificate is preferred but not necessary. We are willing to provide mentorship and study guidance to attain your certification. Previous level II course work in hand therapy is also preferred.
- An experienced clinician with a passion for treatment in the fields of outpatient orthopedics, post surgical care, manual therapy, wound care, workers comp, sports rehabilitation or any other relevant outpatient occupational or physical therapy services. We want to help create your ideal patient case load.
- A passionate therapist looking to connect with your community, create a unique and innovative patient experience and establish meaningful connections
- A natural leader with the ability to lead by example and help build up the team of therapists and support staff around you.
- A therapist capable of building strong rapport with clients from a variety of backgrounds through strong communication and empathy
- Ability to utilize new technology and software changes in the industry to enhance the client’s engagement and increase efficiency
